		<description>Hi,

I would just like to add a comment to the article I received today (10/6/2009)about Rockpool Sydney returning to the traditional style of food that earned it three hats some years ago. Admittedly since then, to my horror, it had lost one although as Neil said at the time, we are still providing the same food.

Let me say this as emphatically as I can, when I ate at Rockpool (the nine course tasing menu including wine), it was then, and remains, the best eating experience I have ever had. The food, atmosphere, service and wines were exemplary. There was not one thing I would have requested differently. And I am so pleased that it will be again.

I have eaten at restaurants all over this great country of ours and, in my humble opinion, there is daylight between Rockpool Sydney and whichever restaurant is coming second.

Congratulations Neil and I wish you all the success. I hope I get the opportunity to come back to Sydney and dine with you again.

PS Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to come over to my table and chat at Rockpool Bar and Grill Melbourne not long after you opened.

Best regards
