The Qantas 90th birthday dinner on Friday night was an enormous success. Everyone loved the menu and there was a feeling of great celebration and pride in the room…or hangar, as such. Stix Catering were fantastic and a huge thanks to them for such wonderful work. Thanks too to my team at Rockpool Consulting – I don’t know where I would be without you!


Guests dined on a Salad of Spencer Gulf King Prawns with White Beans, Serrano Ham and Lemon Vinaigrette; Roast Rack of Mirrool Creek Lamb, Tagine of Vegetables, Couscous Stuffed Date and Harissa; Cheese hand selected by cheese maestro Will Studd and our version of the classic Black Forest Gateau. For those that had half an inch left, Rockpool’s famous Passionfruit Marshmallows closed proceedings.


We look forward to continuing our rewarding and close relationship with Qantas in the coming years! Happy Birthday!
