Crave SIFF – Francis Mallmann Dinner at Bar & Grill Sydney

It’s less than a month to go until the Crave Sydney International Food Festival and our dinner here at Rockpool Bar & Grill with Argentinian Chef and food legend Francis Mallmann. So, who is Francis Mallmann you may ask?  Francis began his cooking career in Michelin Starred restaurants in Europe learning to cook Classical French cuisine, training in renowned restaurants like Moulin de Mougins with Roger Vergé. Francis returned to South America and to the cooking of his upbringing- cooking with fire, and now operates 3 highly acclaimed restaurants in Argentina and Uruguay. To say that this man is a legend is still an understatement, and we’re extremely proud to have him cooking in our restaurant.

The dinner is on Tuesday 4th October 2011 and is going to be a cracker… two of the world’s top chefs and one great big fire!

First course ~
