Lettuce wont taste the same without the Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette!I am allergic to most other pre produced dressings. This was a real testament to the quality!

So… I can’t find the post for the Caesar Salad Dressing… Just a polite nudge. Any chance of posting it soon? I have a big party coming up and your dressing was by far the best on the market and tastier than any recipe I’ve found to date.

This is the reply I received back from Woolworths when I complained.

“Dear Kerry Riella,

Thank you for contacting us with regards to Neil Perry range of products.
As Woolworths are committed to providing quality service and products, we are not only interested to learn of your concerns, but strive to meet all expectations placed by our customers.
Woolworths is always seeking to ensure that it stocks the products that our customers want. Unfortunately the Neil Perry products were deleted due to poor sales after a review of our range of products in the category.
The products on our shelves are scrutinised at regular intervals. Sales during the prior 12 months are a good indicator to our customer needs, and of course new products and packaging, trends and ease of shopping are major considerations for the review.
Woolworths unfortunately does have limited shelf space to stock all products. As new, potentially improved and more popular products are launched, deletions must occur to make room for them. Sometimes products are deleted that, in hindsight, may have been an incorrect decision. We can assure you that we will always try to ensure our customers expectations are met and will consider your request at our next review.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as this is valuable information that can only improve our decisions.

Perhaps if we all complained to Woolworths they will see the error of their ways………I for one will purchase and consume more, just for the chance of getting all the range back onto the shelves.

K – I have just discovered why Woolies no longer stock Neil Perry’s products and I am really REALLY disappointed and sad. They were my ‘secret’ dressings for a few years and my family always complimented and ate my salads. Now I’m (we’re) left with the same old same old dressings (French, Italian, blah blah). Thank you for this – I am back in the good books (at least with one dressing) and my family will eat salads again!

I have just used the last bottle soy the soy and chilli dressing. Now, I’m lost, I can’t eat anymore salad without it. If you’re not going to sell it anymore, why can’t you publish the recipe?????

I just had to add my voice. I was also devastated when I searched Woollies this week and couldn’t find your products. I have been buying all of them for years. I dont know what I’m going to do now. I dont cook so I wont be making my own.

You’ll just have to come around to my place and make them for me.

I would love to see IGA take them up as well.

Thank you for all those years of being able to buy a wonderful product.
