Rockpool Bar & Grill caters for a variety of group reservations up to 50 guests to suit your specific requirements. With the ability to be split into two intimate spaces or combined into one main room for a larger party, our Private Dining Rooms are perfect for board meetings, intimate family occasions or large group celebrations.

THE HIGHLAND ROOM
This fully enclosed space can seat a maximum of 34 guests over four tables or 30 guests over two tables.

THE INTERIOR HIGHLAND ROOM
With glass doors dividing the room into two spaces, the Interior Highland Dining Room can be booked for reservations of up to 16 guests.

THE PRIVATE TERRACE
The Private Terrace can seat up to 22 guests over two tables or up to 16 guests on one.

THE TERRACE
With exclusive use, this area of the restaurant can seat up to 50 guests.  As The Terrace is a section of our main dining room, it is not private and for the comfort of all of our guests we are unable to accommodate stand-up drink and canapé service.

Please note:
At lunchtime we require the tables to be vacated by 4.30pm in order to have the restaurant ready for evening service.

MENU
Groups of up to 14 guests are welcome to dine on the full menu whilst accommodated in our private rooms.
For groups of more than 14 guests, we will organize a set menu for you and your guests to dine on.

WINE
Rockpool Bar and Grill has an extensive wine list with over 1200 wines listed, a full bar of spirits and a selection of bottled beers.  Our Sommelier will be happy to liaise with you regarding your beverage choices.

All prices are inclusive of GST. These prices are subject to change at management’s discretion.

Terms and conditions
Rockpool Bar & Grill requires a 50% deposit of the minimum spend to be paid in order to secure your exclusive private dining reservation.  For all exclusive reservations in December, 10% of this deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.

PLease note all credit card payments will incur a 1.65% processing fee.

10% DISCRETIONARY SERVICE FEE
A 10% discretionary service fee applies to the final bill of all non-exclusive parties of 10 guests and above and to all Private Dining and exclusive Terrace reservations irrespective of final numbers. Due to the nature of this fee, we cannot include this amount as part of your minimum spend in any exclusive or private space.
