Domestic Business
After many years of involvement in the International side of the business, Neil was asked by Alan Joyce, Qantas C.E.O. to help to lift and improve the current premium Domestic product.
Domestic brings with it its own challenges, with shorter flights meaning less time and space for us to create some magic on board but the team is up for the challenge. Our initial focus was to try to bring the Domestic experience more in line with the International experience. With this in mind we have implemented four seasonal menu changes per year, time appropriate offerings as well as researching each port to introduce fresh regional products. We have also taking part in a review of the service on board and organising training for the new style of offering being introduced.
