Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth can cater for a variety of group reservations within our private dining rooms; seating as few as 10 guests or as many as 22 guests. Our private dining rooms are completely private, perfect for corporate entertaining, comfortable for family occasions and intimate for that special moment.

THE RIVER ROOM
This room can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests with an addition of a private lounge area for pre or post dining drinks.

THE BOARDROOM
The Boardroom is located at the head of the restaurant. This room can accommodate up to 10 guests. This room is particularly private to suit any occasion.

GROUP BOOKINGS IN THE RESTAURANT

Group reservations of up to 12 guests in the restaurant can be accommodated, depending on availability, at the following times only:

Lunch — up to 12.30pm sit down or after 1.30pm
Dinner — up to 7pm or after 8.30pm

Please note: At lunchtime we require the tables to be vacated by 4pm in order to have the restaurant set for evening service. Once your reservation is above 12 guests, your group may be placed on 2 or more tables depending on your party size. This is for the comfort of all our guests and ease of service.

MENU

The a la carte menu can be arranged for groups up to 12 guests only. If you are dining privately or in our main dining room and your reservation is for 13 guests or more there will be a set price menu with a choice of entrees, main courses and desserts.
A selection of canapés can also be arranged for your guests on arrival.

WINE
Please select from the list attached. We also offer an extensive range of spirits and bottled beers, along with a bespoke cocktail list. Our sommelier and bar manager will be happy to liaise with you regarding your beverage selections.

All prices are inclusive of GST. These prices are subject to change at management’s discretion.

Terms and conditions
Rockpool Bar & Grill requires the signed terms and conditions and a 50% deposit of the minimum spend to be paid in order to secure your exclusive private dining reservation. A $50 per person deposit is required to secure your group booking reservation.   A 10% discretionary service fee applies to all non-exclusive parties of 13 guests and above and to all private dining reservations, irrespective of final numbers.
