Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney can cater for a variety of group reservations with private dining rooms seating as few as 6 guests or as many as 50. All dining rooms are completely private, perfect for corporate events and special occasions.
THE BLIGH ROOM
This room can accommodate a maximum 20 guests with the addition of a private lounge area for pre or post lunch or dinner drinks.

THE HUNTER ROOM
This room can accommodate a maximum 30 guests. The room has a separate area for pre or post dinner drinks. This room is particularly private, to suit every occasion.

THE MEZZANINE ROOM
This room can accommodate a maximum 20 guests for a sit down meal. It is also perfect for cocktail parties and stand up events.

THE BOARDROOM
This intimate room is separate from the main room restaurant, perfect for corporate meetings or intimate occasions. The Boardroom seats a maximum of 8 guests at a round table.

GROUP BOOKINGS IN THE RESTAURANT
Group reservations of up to 12 people in the restaurant can be accommodated, depending on availability, at the following times only:
Lunch — 12 midday for 12.30pm sit down or 1.30pm
Dinner — 6.30 for 7pm or 8.30pm
Please note
At lunchtime we require the tables to be vacated by 4.30pm in order to have the restaurant ready for evening service. Once your reservation is above 12 guests, your group will be placed on 2 or more tables depending on the party size. This is for the comfort of all our guests and ease of service.
MENU
The a al carte menu can be arranged for groups up to 14 guests only. If you are dining privately or in our main dining room and your reservation is for 15 guests or more there will be a set price menu with a choice of entrees, main courses and desserts.
A selection of canapés can also be arranged for your guests on arrival.
WINE
Please select from the list attached. We also offer a full bar of spirits and bottled beers, along with a fantastic cocktail list. Our sommelier and bar manager will be happy to liaise with you regarding your beverage selections.
All prices are inclusive of GST. These prices are subject to change at management’s discretion.
Terms and conditions
Rockpool Bar & Grill requires the signed terms and conditions and a 50% deposit of the minimum spend to be paid in order to secure your exclusive private dining reservation. Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable. A 10% discretionary service fee applies to all non-exclusive parties of 10 guests and above and to all private dining reservations, irrespective of final numbers.
