One week to go – Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth

The new restaurant – so close now…

Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth is really coming together now.    The kitchen is close to finished. 99% done by Friday.     Bit of a Christmas break for the crew then back to complete the task once and for all.    All should be good to go for staff training January 17th. Fingers crossed!

Perth looking spectacular!

Got to site today, metal bulkhead is up, looks spectacular, monolithic, golden.     Tiling commenced in kitchen, looks sharp.     Everybody here is smiling as things finally fall into place!

TWR – 2.5 hours until opening

My gorgeous bar. It looks so totally amazing. The curtains are coming down and the Earl Cater pic in the concourse outside Rockpool Bar & Grill looks fab.
